Mark Driscoll lays our qualifications for church planters in their Acts 29 network. While this addresses qualifications for men as pastoral leaders, I believe the principles applies to women in pastoral leadership.

ReplyDeleteI love this Acts 29 stuff... how can we partner more with these types of resources to build up lay pastors, church planters, volunteer leaders, etc.
This type of equipping is exactly what I pray all of our servant and shepherd leaders would be able to receive before they become leaders.
